Cloudflare (Cloudflare Germany GmbH)
Content delivery network and edge security used to protect and accelerate the website. Cloudflare processes connection metadata (including your IP address) to deliver content and guard against abuse. Transfer to the USA takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited)
Web fonts (Fraunces and DM Sans). These fonts are loaded only after you grant Functional consent via our cookie banner; until then the website renders with local system fonts and no connection to Google is made. When loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google. Transfer to the USA takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 26 FADP).
Leadconnector — booking & CRM platform (leadconnectorhq.com)
The booking calendar and enquiry/contact forms are powered by the Leadconnector platform. When you book a call or submit an enquiry, the details you enter (name, company, email, phone, project information) are transmitted to Leadconnector to manage your appointment and record your enquiry in our customer relationship management system. Transfer to the USA takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

The booking/CRM platform may additionally set session and local storage items in your browser when you use the booking or enquiry features (for example session identifiers, contact-session, form-event, geo-country and device-fingerprint entries). These are set by the Leadconnector service as part of fulfilling your booking or enquiry request.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or to satisfy statutory accounting and regulatory retention requirements. We apply technical and organisational security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Some of the processors listed above transfer data to servers located outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA — in particular to the United States. Where this occurs, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (for Google and Cloudflare) or Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where required, so that an adequate level of data protection is ensured.
